We are pleased to announce that Kanamean Nishitomiya will be holding a collaborative dinner with Noborioji Hotel on Saturday, February 21st: "Noborioji Hotel x Kanamean Nishitomiya: Relais & Châteaux connects Nara and Kyoto, a gourmet feast woven from a thousand-year-old culture."
Nara and Kyoto are two ancient capitals steeped in history and tradition. Relais & Châteaux member hotels Noborioji Hotel and Kanamean Nishitomiya have joined forces to celebrate the culture of these two cities, hosting a special dinner featuring a fusion of Western and Japanese cuisine.A total of 10 dishes created through a collaboration between Executive Chef Noborioji Hotel Sengoku and Chef Misaka of Kanamean Nishitomiya, paired with dishes selected by a sommelier.In addition, a salon concert by pianist Yuki Osaki will light up the evening, providing a luxurious experience where fine food and music resonate together.
